Due to strong demand, our current production lead time is 6-8 weeks. Beginning in September, we'll be increasing stock levels so that most orders will ship within 1 week, unless a product is temporarily out of stock.
For large or multiple-unit purchases, we recommend confirming lead times with our team so we can coordinate and facilitate fulfillment smoothly.
Every order is carefully banded, wrapped, and enclosed in either plywood or a heavy-duty double-walled box. Depending on size and configuration, shipments may also be crated to provide maximum protection during transit.
We only use dedicated Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. That means no stacking, no mixing with unrelated cargo -- your product travels securely and independently.
All deliveries include liftgate service, making offloading easier and safer at your site.
Not ready to receive your order right away? We offer a reserve & hold option, allowing us to store your product until your site is ready. We ask for 2 weeks' notice for scheduling.
Deliveries are appointment-based, coordinated with our trusted shipping partner to give you more flexibility and convenience.
Once your order is securely loaded and en route, we'll share tracking information within 1 business day.
Before leaving our facility, we provide photos of your fully packed stations so you know exactly how your order is being shipped.
